especially the ab crunch
also, if I do the ab crunches with 20 repititions and 4 sets, and knee raises also 20 repitions and 4 sets, like in how much time can I expect abs to appear?
My waistline is 29.5. I'm 5 feet flat and 87 pounds (short and underweight but my pediatrician mom permitted me to workout anyway) and I'm also 14 years old turning 15 on April.
Also, what muscles are affected by the Lat Pull-down (back)?
Can anyone provide me a video on how to do these exercises correctly? I have doubts about the way I do them.?husqvarna
Look them up on youtube. I can not give you an answer on time, it is individual and relies heavily on your genetics and intensity that you exercise at.
Pull downs work about 60% latissimus dorsi (the flare) and 40% biceps. This can vary based on your grip on the bar. Also, never do them behind the neck, this is horrible on your rotator cuffs and I still don't know why people do them.

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her (100% natural). I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. It's really a colon cleanse, and it's a healthy way to detox, not like most diet pills. Check their website at
http://health-fit.info , my aunt got a free trial and paid only $4.95 shipping and handling.
I came across this great product for weight loss (all nautral) and it was excellent for me (it's a detox colon cleanse). Together with a good diet and exercise I am finally happy with my body and the way I look. You should check this product at
http://thin-fit.info , they have a free trial and you only pay $4.95 shipping and handling. A must!
