Coloring/snack/activity table for rear facing infant to toddler seat?

I am going to purchase 2 Evenflo Triumph Advance DLX car seats for my twins this weekend, but they will rear face in them until the maximum weight, 35 lbs.

I thought since it is kind of boring facing that way (but they won't know better until they are 36 pounds anyway), it would be fun to get a coloring table that would fit on it.

Are there any tables that you know of, or would recommend?

We have that carseat and really like it. I have tried to find something like that for mine. I can only tell you to stay away from the fisherprice carseat/laptray with the cushion bottom. It comes up way to high on the child making it impossible for use and won't secure to this carseat.
